Liqvid is thrilled to announce that the Stellar Community Fund (SCF) has backed our vision to bring institutional-grade Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization to the Stellar blockchain. This milestone marks a firm commitment to deploy on Stellar and make it one of the first networks where Liqvid delivers compliant, yield-generating private market assets on-chain.
Why Stellar

With the launch of Soroban smart contracts, Stellar now provides the infrastructure needed to support programmable RWAs at scale. By leveraging Stellar, Liqvid will demonstrate how institutional-grade private credit and tokenized alternatives can thrive on an open, compliant, and interoperable blockchain.
What the Grant Enables
The SCF grant empowers Liqvid to deliver:
- Smart contracts for compliant RWA issuance, redemption, and investor access control on Stellar L1 and Soroban.
- Full integration of the Liqvid platform with Stellar, enabling tokenized private market deals.
- Launch of the first institutional-grade tokenized transactions on Stellar, from verified institutional LPs.
- The first omnichain RWA-ready asset on Stellar, powered by Asterizm’s cross-chain stack.
Our goals
- Real AUM/TVL deployed through Stellar in the initial phase.
- At least one fully tokenized private market deal live on Soroban, with yield distribution to investors.
- Verified institutional LPs onboarded via full KYC/KYB compliance.
- Cross-chain readiness through Asterizm, unlocking future expansion to other blockchains.
Roadmap & Deliverables
Milestone 1
- Port Asterizm’s omnichain messaging to Soroban (Rust/WASM).
- Deliver Soroban-native contracts, event emission logic, relayer tools.
- Simulate end-to-end cross-chain messaging (Stellar ↔ EVM).
Milestone 2
- Deploy Liqvid’s RWA issuance framework on Soroban testnet.
- Compliance-gated transfer mechanics + investor onboarding dashboard.
- NAV oracle integration and test simulation of a tokenized deal.
Milestone 3
- Launch first live tokenized RWA transaction on Soroban mainnet.
- Onboard real institutional capital (≥ $3M AUM).
- Integration with RWA.io for public tracking.
